- Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
- Promote available products and services to clients
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results
Requisitos
- University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Work experience in Customer Service (Face to Face or Call Center) or Sales of Intangible products.
- English language, advanced or native level.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office, intermediate level.
Beneficios
- Remuneration S/. 2,580.00 soles + Commissions.
- Entry in the general payroll with all the benefits according to the Law.
PLACE OF WORK AND HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Rotating Schedule (Changes can be applied according to EU DST)
- Hybrid Work (Progressive on-site return)
